Kilim Clutch Bag

What are you looking at right now is an authentic handcrafted one-of-a-kind clutch bag made of a Moroccan vintage Kilim pillow.  It is a "Slow Fashion" product representing everything that is eco, ethical and green. 

The process of making it:

- I select the most beautiful vintage kilim pillows. 

- The artisans I work with prepare and wash them.

- They are cut and stitched together into this unique piece!

Every bag is special, the symbols on some of them, tell stories about birth, fertility, nature and femininity. Culturally these signs are lucky charms and bring protection against evil spirits. Natural variations in color, minor flaws and imperfections are characteristic of these materials. 

The bag features a zip top closure that opens up to reveal the interior, an antique color brass detachable chain-link versatile strap for slinging over your shoulder.
