Cactus Silk Sabra Vintage Rug 30

This one-of-a-kind vintage rug is hand-woven in Morocco on traditional weaving looms by hand so each rug is different. Threads are dyed using all-natural dyes like saffron, indigo, henna, cutch, chamomile. Dying the threads is a very long process, but when it is completed the colours are bright and beautiful. Sun bleached and air dried to achieve its vintage look. Variations in color and ancient motifs, minor flaws and imperfections are characteristic of these materials.
